Factor Me is a small friendly business that was established in 2006 and is Owner Managed. Everything we sell online is new stock (unless otherwise advised) We have eight members of staff and our real store and Salon is based in Milton Keynes. We have deliveries from suppliers arriving daily so even if you are searching for something that we haven't listed, please give us a call & we can usually source the product & create an auction for you.

We dispatch all orders received before 2pm on the day of purchase (mostly by Royal Mail Tracked Service) otherwise, they are sent the following day. Because we use Royal Mail Tracked, we have a set P & P charge. Very small items like goggles etc will be sent 1st class post to save the minimum charge

You have 14 days from receipt to return the item to us if you decide the item is not for you. However, you have a duty of care whilst the item is in your possession and we expect it to be returned to us in the same condition as you received it with packaging intact etc. Opened Bottles of Fragrance and Lotions are non refundable - as is 'intimate' apparrel such as Bikini bottoms etc. Any faulty items should be advised of upon receipt of the item so a replacement or refund can be arranged.
