Most of my products are hand crafted for I do my own enamelling & hand painting of charms. I use e-commerce to buy and sell worldwide. Goods are legally imported and customs/import dues paid which affects my pricing policy.

Enamel theme charms, beads, findings, handbag charms, key rings, zipper pulls, craft items and seasonal jewellery gifts.

I accept Paypal, Internet Bank Transfers (saves on paypal fees), UK Cheques and Postal Orders.

I run a business and have to pay the rent. My p&p is as fair as I can be for both my customers and my business. I know that postage costs are an issue with a lot of buyers on ebay but if they would consider what the catalogues, mail order companies, TV sales like QVC, Ideal World, Create & Craft etc charge for postage and packing then the majority of ebay p&p costs by ebay sellers are most reasonable. My shipping costs have to cover the cost of mail collections, packaging, administative costs as well as the stamp itself.

I do accept returns within 7 days if I have been legally negligent in my description of the goods or if the goods are faulty. I will refund in full under these circumstances. If you have changed your mind about a purchase then you are legally entitled to send this back in the original condition and must be returned via recorded delivery. However, I do not refund the cost of returns postage under these circumstances.
