IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM PLEASE CONTACT ME...WHY PUT BAD FEEDBACK WHEN PROBLEMS CAN BE RESOLVED...ITS UNFAIR TO COMMENT ABOUT DELIVERY AND CONDITION ON ARRIVAL...ROYAL MAIL HAVE ALMOST 95% OF THE MARKET AND DO DAMAGE OR LOOSE LOTS OF ITEMS ALONG WITH EVERYOTHER DELIVERY COMPANY USED...THIS IS LIFE I AM AFRAID....I HATE IT WHEN THIS HAPPENS BUT WHAT ALTERNATIVE IS THERE.

If your item is not as expected and you wish to send it back return postage is at the customers expense then refunded upon inspection if no problems are found & in the original quality it left in. However if the item was sent FOC no refund of the postage will be given. This relates to a general returns for a refund.
If your item is damaged or faulty the customer is to pay for the return and a refund will be given for the postage when it is received back to me. Evidence of your damaged item will be needed in the form of a photo and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or eBay mail before hand with information of the problem and please if you could provide as much as possible it would help with any claims.
When goods are delivered Registered Mail or via MyHermes please sign ‘UNCHECKED’ or note down any visible damage you can see next to your signature.
