The whole process, from making the initial order to delivery, was fast, easy, efficient, buyer-friendly and glitch-free-a truly pleasant buying experience! One suggestion, however, would be for the seller to fix a 'Do Not Bend' or 'Fragile' sticker to the parcel to advise the postman to handle the item with care. They didn't, they forced it into the letter box thus bending it into an 'arched' shape! Fortunately, I rescued it before it was permanently damaged! Or, use more rigid packing material.
