FancyDress PartyTime have been an established family run business for a number of years and have now decided to brach out into the world of eBay. We have major accounts with all of the top American and UK suppliers. This enables us to provide you, as our valued customers, with all the newest, licenced costumes, coloured wigs and accessories. We accept all major credit cards either directly or via PayPal

All items are in stock and available for immediate dispatch within a 1 - 3 day period (UK mainland), 7 - 10 day period (Europe) and 7 - 14 day period (America, Australia etc.).

If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us no later than 7 days (14 days for eBay buy it now transactions) after receiving your order, and we will provide all of the details you require to return your goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to take reasonable care of the goods and that they are returned in NEW, UNWORN, PACKAGED condition. The cost of returning the goods is at the buyer's expense and they must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them. Please note that we do not refund postage & packaging upgrade costs and you are responsible for the item until it is received back at our offices. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, a replacement will be despatched to you upon receipt of the faulty item being returned. No additional charges will be made for replacement item delivery. If the item is no longer available or out of stock, a replacement of the same quality and value or a full refund will be offered.
