This was a really bad experience. I am a seasoned e-bay buyer. After 2 weeks had to reorder from another company. They delivered in 3 days and were cheaper.

The customer lives in Northern Ireland and initially refused to pay the additional postage to their location that all couriers charge. The customer failed to read the listing they purchased from correctly. The customer took so long to make the payment that the seller was then out of stock of this item.

Unbelievably slow customer service, slow delivery, came in two parts a few days apart.The henhouse was flimsy. We requested a refund as we had waited too long. Took weeks to communicate back and forth. Sent the house back to the address stated,tracked. Two weeks later, they still haven't refunded me and are ignoring my messages 🤷♀️ Thankfully Ebay have now refunded me but I am still owed £51 I paid via Pay Pal for delivery. A frustrating and disappointing experience! Unprofessional company.

The customer failed to read the listing correctly. The customer lives in a location where all couriers charge additional postage to. Unfortunately, the courier lost one of the parcels associated with this transaction. The seller can only apologize for the poor performance of the courier pertaining to this transaction.
