We are a Husband and Wife team situated in the Midlands. We have recently established Farnans.Shop and commenced trading on eBay. We currently sell women’s branded and unbranded clothing. Our range of women’s clothing caters for all occasions, so there is always something on offer for every female. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We accept Paypal, Postal Orders or Personel Cheques for all UK transactions. For all INTERNATIONAL orders, we ONLY accept Paypal as a method of payment. We prefer Paypal as it's not only the more popular form of payment on ebay, but it also offers you, the customer, additional peace of mind. Not to mention that it's prompt which allows for your items to be despatched sooner. We will reserve auction items up to seven days after the auction ends. Kindly arrange for payment within this period.

Items will be despatched within 24 hours of the payment being cleared between Monday and Friday. If payment is made on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) items will be despatched on the following Monday. All items shipped within UK will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class by default. If you require furthur piece of mind, please contact us and we can arrange for the item to be sent recorded delivery (please note that this will also involve an extra cost). All items are thoroughly checked prior to despatch to ensure they are devoid of any defects. All items are posted in appropriate packaging to prevent damage whilst in transit. Due to constantly changing stock levels, returns will not be accepted if incorrect size is chosen, so please make sure you check the sizes prior to placing your bid or buying an item. As Royal Mail does not offer trackability on standard 1st Class post, we will not be held liable for any items lost in the post. However, we will retain Certificate of Postage for each item which allows you to claim upto £36 from Royal Mail on 1st Class Mail. In the event that you have not received the item, please contact us and we will be more than happy to send you a copy of the certificate.
