We've gathered a huge collection of new and used parts over the years, and in 2009 we're looking to move location. So basically we're having a mass clear out through eBay as it would prove difficult to move everything from here to the next place.
So basically every day (Mon till Fri) we should have approx 15 new items listed.
Unfortunately it will be a bit random as to what gets put up and when, and due to the vast amount of items to go on, it's not possible to give you an idea of what will be going on and when.
So why not add us to your favourite sellers, and just keep checking our listings.
Business InformationPayment policy
We prefer Paypal, but we also accept Postal orders. If you have another means that you would like to pay by, then please message us on a working day (mon-fri) before winning the auction to check with us that the alternate payment method is acceptable.
Delivery information
Mail order only. We now no longer allow local pick-ups as of any items listed after 05 December 08. It is merely to discourage local people buying things at 99p 'just because', as it kind of seems pointless to put in the time to sell things if people are just going to snipe the currently unpopular items that are 99p in bulk. We're all for people snapping up some bargains, but it's wasting our time and effort.
We will ship internationally. Some international delivery prices can be quite high, simply because some parts need big boxes to send, and unfortunately some international deliveries go off the size of box rather than the weight of a parcel.
Heavy/ big items will go out by Private courier, everything else is usually via Royal Mail. We try to go to the Post office 3 times a week to dispatch things out.
Return policy
Returns policy is stated on our items I believe, but theres no harm in repeating it here.
Basically we only want serious buyers (who doesn't?) on our items. We hope to answer any questions you may have to make sure you are satisfied with the item. Primarily we sell used items, so some things might have some minor scratches on.
Any serious damage like big cracks etc I will usually add to the listing and try and get a picture of the damage in question to give you an idea.
Everything we sell we sell as working, I don't think we will sell anything broken, but if it was then we'll make it clear of that.
So onto the returns part, if we sell you a part and it doesn't work, we will refund you. However we won't accept refunds if you simply change your mind on wanting the item, hence why we want serious bidders only.
-further to the local pickups
As noted in an item page in regards to No local pickups. We will in some cases accept a local pick-up but only if you've bought something of a greater value than £25 (not a combined total of items). However please inform us before winning that you will do so.
When people show up out of the blue to pick up items it can sometimes take our staff off of whatever they're busy with, and at times certain people aren't in to know where certain eBay items are stored, so it can be a time consuming effort for someone to hunt down some things.
