eBay My World: fefechick( 1271)

After 23 years in Telecoms, I needed a change. Ebay offers the flexibility to allow me to have a portfolio of work. Ebay is my income, but I can also volunteer locally. I currently work with 3 different local projects: Homeless, History, Befriending.

Primarily Women's clothing currently, high street and quality brands: Monsoon, Next, DP, Jane Norman, Wallis, Kaleidoscope plus more. Hoping to expand in future into Maternity wear and childrens clothing. Business is quite young so is still in start up mode at present.

I started officially trading in Oct 2009 after clearing out the house in the summer of many unwanted items as a private seller and realising how flexible and easy this was to do.

My primary accepted payment method is Paypal as this is safe, secure, fast and reliable. However, for those without Paypal, I will accept cheques or postal orders made payable to Fiona Eden.

As a standard rule, I post everything within the UK as Royal Mail 2nd class unless another service is requested. 2nd class is 3 to 5 business days however, often items have been received by customers within 2 days. This saves on the postage for you. However, should a more urgent service be required, contact me and I will be happy to provide costs. For outside the UK, I post all via standard Royal Mail airmail small packets service. If it is required to post via a tracked and/or insured service, again please contact me and I will be happy to advise costs. All P&P Costs include the costs of packaging materials/stationary.

I quality check all my items prior to dispatch so will not accept items for reasons of faulty goods. However, should an item not fit, or is not as expected, I will be happy to refund on return or replace with another size if requested and in stock. Should you need to return an item, the returns request should be raised in Ebay's returns process within 7 days of receipt. Items not raised for return within that time will not be honoured.

I also run clothing parties within a reasonable radius of Newbury, Berkshire. My shop is not a full representation of the stock I maintain and have for sale. I keep a vast number of items exclusive to direct clients/parties.
