postal discounts are available. if they are not self evident on a page,please just ask. if a person buys 2 or more items there will always be a discount. we do believe in fair postage for all items - this includes the stamp price, the packaging, the deductions made from ebay & paypal and OUR TIME. we spend hours packaging and none of us derive any pleasure from it. it takes up at least 50% of our day,often more. if we were using that time to produce sellable goods the price of those goods would include time spent making so why should we not include our time in postage costs? we will endeavour to keep postage as low as possible - we don't say charge £20.00 an hour. more a token of our hard working time. we always use the best quality materials and new materials for our packaging. there's nothing worse than receiving tatty packages when you've spent good money on a quality item. occasionally there will be a mishap in the post if this happens contact us but please don't blame us.

we have a 7 day return policy.

it is inevitable that on occasion someone is not going to be happy with their purchase. we don't like unhappy customers and will do everything we can to sort out any problems. IF you have a problem,please, before leaving neutral or negative feedback give us the chance to make things right. we do make mistakes from time to time but we will always endeavour to put them right given the opportunity. there is absolutely no need for people to be rude to us.PLEASE if somethings wrong contact me via email the seller or the messaging service and i will ensure it's put right. if you don't give us the opportunity and then are just rude we will be rude back. ultimately WE DO HAVE A RETURNS POLICY. in all the time we've operating we've had just 5 negatives 3 of those were down to the royal mail doing their worst with the packages and 2 were with customers who were unhappy with their purchases.

we had 3 prizes up for grabs as due to ill health and being extremely busy we didn't do a draw for February. so we had february's prize and we decided on 2 for the Easter hols.the prizes were 1st prize - a Rhodium plated flower and Tibetan Silver necklace this went to J D Sutcliffe of Lancashire, the second prize was a beading magazine and this went to Marie of Telford, and the third prize was a crackle bead bracelet and this went to Stacey of Towcester. we hope you all like and enjoy your prizes. the next draw will take place in April so if you buy sign up for our emails and you could win yourself a great prize.
