I am not a business. I am just a housemum selling bits and bobs that are superflous to requirements any more! So I am human and very very occasionally make mistakes !

Payment policy
I accept Paypal, Postal Order and Cheque. When paying by cheque though, you need to allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear in my account before I send the goods.

Delivery information
I send most things first class post and I always get proof of postage on everything I send. My P&P costs are not just how much it costs to send. Included in this price is buying the packaging, printing labels and invoices for the parcel, petrol to the post office and parking fees!

Return policy
I will accept anything for return providing there is a resonable reason for return, ie. damaged or broken. I do not accept returns for 'ordered wrong thing' or 'don't want it now'.
