Total waste of money he, asked for a replacement to be sent and the one you can’t even put together be collected. No even after explaining I’m currently unable to drive after massive surgery and my closest post box is 14 miles away, I have no printer and can’t afford one to arrange collection myslef. Feel very let down customer service is awful and would advise to stay clear NO NOT BUY I would Give no stars but it won’t let me

All feedback related to shipping problems should be sent to Royal Mail, EvRi, DPD, Parcel Force. We do not have such info as it is sent only to customer not sender. We are not responsible if your parcel is late, left outside. However we do our best to solve the issue but as you know it is impossible to satisfy 100% but as you can see we are very close.
