I am a trustworthy person and have become a seller on ebay as I want to begin to work for myself. I have been a nurse in the mental health field for a lot of years and would like to set up a business before I retire (early retirement!!!)

English, a few choice words sometimes

I have come to a time in my life when I cannot even remember artists or bands. Love to listen to all types of modern music (do I sound old?. I love to listen to some classical singers like Josh Groban, Russel Watson, Lara Fabian. Makes me emotional.

I am a part time seller on eBay. My background is helping people with mental health problem. I manage a team of nurses who are all great to work with.

I mostly like paid via Paypal but accept cheques at present.

I try to be as accurate with my postage and packaging costs. I dispatch goods as soon as possible following payment and no longer than 1-2 days. I am flexible with postage costs on multiple items. I calculate the final costs according to the number of items bought, the size of the package and weight. I can recalculate the final costs before payment and if a buyer pays I can refund via paypal.

I will accept all genuine returns but ask buyers to contact me within 24 hours of receipt of their purchases with any concerns. I accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods. However there may be exceptions to this and I will negotiate with any buyers who have a genuine problem
