Arrived on time but packaging was not to standard so a set of keys had gone missing , I messaged the seller and their customer service was 2nd to none. Very apologetic and was offered a 50% refund as I could source a replacement lick and keys through my own suppliers as I am a locksmith and I needed these locks and hasp to secure the rear doors on my van .Would recommend and use again , a pleasure to buy from with excellent after sales experience 5*
