KOALA PRODUCTS accepts payment by Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, Postal Order. All prices include VAT. Please note we are unable to process Cheque or Postal Order payments under £10. Every payment transaction we process is checked by our fraud control systems to validate the authenticity of the payment cards used, as well as indicators of possible fraudulent use.
WE DO NOT KEEP OR STORE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS.
We accept all major credit cards including - visa, mastercard, delta, switch, solo and maestro. Save and secure payments using Paypal. Currently, we do not accept American Express and Diners Cards.
You can also POST YOUR ORDER. To pay by post simply send your order together with payment made out to Koala Products and send to 78 Higher lane Lymm Cheshire WA13 0BG.
Delivery information
Once your order has been processed and we have
received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched
as soon as possible. Please allow extra time
if you are paying by postal order.
Goods will be dispatched once cheque has cleared
(usually 10 working days) All other payment methods
goods are dispatched next working day.

Due to additional charges imposed by our couriers
for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore
islands and Northern Ireland, a surcharge may be
levied to cover carriage to these areas (listed below).
We advise customers to contact us for a final postage fee before
finalising orders.

Return policy
KOALA PRODUCTS will accept returns for genuinely faulty goods, which will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
Note this does not include accidental breakages or user error. All items are quality checked before dispatch.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.
If goods were purchased in error, they must be returned in there original packaging, a 20% administration fee will be levied and the carriage will not be refunded.
