Maximo Park are more powerful than the Proclaimers, Keane can be dirrtylicious, Nelly Furtado is a very, very good singer, The View are quite sweet... and as for The Fray covering Shakira, frankly I'm still in shock. These are just some of the surprises on this great, strange and wonderful live album. Love it! (The first Live Lounge is also very good, hell get 'em all).

Medical detective drama
Hugh Laurie reinvents himself as an American pin-up and serious actor. Seeing is believing! Good scripts, fine supporting cast, high production values. Altogether much more glamourous than the NHS. Series One avoids the 'soap' type running storylines of later series. Each episode stands alone with the focus on the diagnosis detective work, rather than on the medical team. Very enjoyable.
