History/background
I have been selling on ebay for just over 2 years. I started on ebay as I have alot of things in my house, I wanted to clear out. Now everyone in my family is giving me things to sell.
I pride myself on being honest- having run a retail business for 16 years- I do put the customer 1st.
My listing are accurate , with more photos than most ebayers have in their listing, so you know exactly what you are getting.
I put in alot of hours to ensure the listing are accurate.
I don't list items that I'm not happy to receive myself. If there is a fault this is be clearly stated in the listing. Brand new items are just that Brand new!!!

My listing are accurate , with more photos than most ebayer sellers, so you know exactly what you are getting. However, If you are unhappy with any aspect of the transaction, I'm always happy to try and resolve !
Unfortunately, I like many ebayer sellers, have had negatives.Each case I have dealt with, politely, offering a refund on return of the item- if they are totally unhappy. These Buyers, who would rather leave a negative than return the item. I won't accept a return - if the item is stated as damaged in the listing- and the buyer complains about the damage.
Other issues, I am always happy to resolve.
To me a Happy buyer makes a Happy seller ;-)
