Flawless Designs is a privately owned craft shop based on the outskirts of the historic City of Stirling in the heart of Central Scotland. Our craft shop and workshop opened its doors on the 15th March 2005. Since opening we have collected a number of awards including Origin publishers, Craft Retailer of the Year 2005 (Regional Winner Scotland), Craft Retailer of the Year 2006 (Overall Winner)(Regional winner Scotland) and Craft Retailer of the Year 2007 (Regional Winner Scotland). We are particularly proud of these awards as we could not have won without the votes of our many loyal customers. Our large craft shop is packed to the brim with cardmaking, scrapbooking and jewelry making supplies and materials from all your favourite brands and craft distributors. In addition to the showroom area of the shop we have a separate well-equipped classroom where we hold a great variety of card making and jewelry making classes, scrapbooking clubs and crops and other craft events.

We accept payment online via PayPal, alternatively we accept cheques or you may phone Flawless design on 01786 473222 to make credit card payments offline. We do not despatch any goods until payment in full has been received.

Delivery Information Our aim to despatch orders within 1-2 working days, orders placed before mid-day will be processed that day (Monday to Friday only), orders placed after mid-day and at weekends will be processed on the next working day. We do not despatch any goods until payment in full has been received. To offer you the best service and fastest delivery of your goods we use a combination of Royal Mail and business courier service. The service we choose is dependant on service coverage for your post code, where possible we despatch using a next day delivery service or First Class Royal Mail. If goods are not delivered within 10 working days, please contact us. If we cannot trace the order, we will send a replacement within the next 7 days. We will email you when your order is despatched give you details of shipping method and where possible parcel tracking information.

Returns & Refunds Before returning any item please follow our returns procedure by emailing info@flawlessdesigns.co.uk with your Name & Reason for return. We will email back confirming that we have received your request and to go ahead with the return of the item. If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, please contact us within 7 days. We will replace/refund damaged goods as required. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. You can cancel your purchase up to 7 days after delivery of goods, We will refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition(with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). If you are withdrawing from your purchase within the 7 day cooling-off period we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you.
