As mentioned we do use some dropshippers and while we make sure items we list are in stock, at times something may go out of stock before we have a chance to pull the listing. 99.99% of the items are usually available, but please understand we are only human and sometimes something may go out of stock before we are informed of it.

Paypal, Personal checks (U.S. drawn only) and money orders accepted but there is a 10 day business hold before we ship to make sure they clear. If you need something fast, we suggest paying with an e-check through paypal or your credit through paypal.

Allow 1-3 days for order processing! Realize that if you are ordering after normal business hours (like at 10 pm) your order won't even be looked at until the next day. We ship using UPS and USPS and some items Fed Ex.

We will do what it takes to satisfy our customers, email us with any problems as we will help any way we can.

We do not try to make money off the shipping, we do not even charge a handling fee. However, we do use dropshippers and sometimes THEY charge a handling fee or only use a certain carrier and thus we must comply. We are honest about the shipping fees. Another important note: When we do the listings, we use California as the furthest (and its usually the most expensive) shipping point--the closer you live to wear the item ships from, the cheaper your cost will be. If shipping is cheaper than we have listed and you have paid, we will refund you the difference; alternately you may email us in advance of purchase for shipping fee to your location. We are an authorized dealer for Kate Aspen and several other wedding dealers. Most of our items ship direct to you from the manufacturer to save on shipping costs. Shipping is determined by total weight and destination and UPS is used within the continental US. However because UPS is OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive to AK, HI, PR and other countries, we will ship to you ourselves using USPS. Canadian orders are charged a $15- $16.95 customs fee on some orders. We will let you know if a customs charge has been included in your shipping total. One of our manufacturers ships to Canada using UPS Worldease and thus charges $16.95 for this service which reduces costs on customs/taxes. Our other manufacturer does not use Worldease but does charge $15 for orders to Canada for extra paperwork needed to ship out of the country.
