I was v happy with quality and colour of jumper but felt it was smaller than the usual size 22 from M and S ( perhaps it shrank in the wash? ) I felt it would have been fairer to give measurements as well as size? Seller reluctant to take back but I offered to pay return postage and she agreed to take it back. I got immediate refund so happy to give a positive rating.

I am not a clothes seller or shop and state on my listings for buyers to ask any questions up front to avoid disappointed, she didn't?!. Of course I was reluctant to take back, the seller should know what size an M&S jumper is and whether the style will suit them, us women all know what 'shops' we can buy from and know they will fit! Even though this is positive her comments are very unfair.
