The item(s) will be posted within 2 working days after payment has been received and cleared. Items are mostly posted by Royal Mail Second Class, unless they are too heavy and will then be posted Royal Mail First Class or occasionally by Royal Mail Standard Parcel. I always get a receipt from the Post Office. Once its posted its out of my hands, if you would prefer recorded delivery contact me in advance of paying and i will send you a new invoice. I have never had a problem so far. See my 100% feedback. :) I don't profit from the P&P, the postage prices includes both the cost of posting and the packing materials. I mostly use 'Jiffy' bubble wrap envelopes which keeps your items safe and keeps the cost down. However sometimes a item is too big/heavy/delicate and requires a box, in this instance I use light materials such as bubble wrap or tissue paper to pack inside the box to give you the best value and your item safe.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with an item please contact me before leaving feedback & i'll do my best to sort it out with you. If we agree upon a return for a refund then the item should be returned with the original packaging. I can't be held responsible for items lost in the post, and i always get a receipt from the post office, if you would prefer recorded delivery please contact me before paying and i will send you an updated invoice with the new postage costs. Also if you would prefer your items packed in a specific way then please contact me before paying and let me know how you would like it packaged, i will then send you an updated invoice with the new P&P costs (this may delay the dispatch of your item).
