The item was paid for, then the seller went away for a month or so. It was never marked as dispatched and was not received. Meanwhile I had no contact from the seller nor eBay. When I reported it not received I was told that I was not covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee (because the return window had closed which is also the window for reporting an item not received). However, I was refunded promptly and the seller did respond to my messages. I bought from the seller before and it was ok.
