We are a medium sized independent running, fishing and snowsports shop based in Edinburgh, Scotland and now have the only womens specific store in Edinburgh, we have a totally dedicated ladies store attached to our main shop.

We have over 10000 product lines in our bricks and clicks store and always have over 1100 of these on ebay. These include anything from a running shoe to a pair of lycra shorts, not forgetting our fishing equipment and ski gear and clothing.

Our staff have varied hobbies that include funnily enough running, skiing, rugby, fence jumping and fishing although some of the girls are a bit squeamish about the fishing.

Footworks has been going for 12 years and has got a bit bigger, we have recently expanded into the next door premises and making it into our ladies store, so if you are in the capital of Scotland look us up, we're just a cannonball's range from the castle. We started in 1999 and originally were a ski and snowboard only store that stocked fishing gear in the summer , we have grown to become the biggest running shop in Edinburgh along with a strong online and e-bay presence.We use our ebay shop primarily for clearance and fast moving items, our main website carries all our stock and is considerably larger than our e-bay store.Our bricks and mortar shop has now fully expanded to 3000sq ft and is busier than ever.

We prefer payment by paypal although we accept UK cheques,UK postal orders and you can call us to pay for your item(s) by VISA,DELTA,ELECTRON,MAESTRO,MASTERCARD and SOLO

Our despatch department works monday to friday 10am till 7pm, if an item is paid for after 3pm it will be posted the next WORKING day.We only use 1st class and 1st class recorded for smaller items such as line,reels,shoes and clothing. Larger,outsize and heavier items will be sent to mainland uk addresses using an overnight courier. All international items are sent using either 1st class airmail, 1st class international signed for or parcelforce. We aim for next day delivery for most of our UK customers although the weekends are not counted as working days.For international customers we aim for a 3/5 day delivery period although it can take up to 14 days for some addresses.
