I sell mainly needlecraft and card making items. Fabric embellishments, butterflies are particularly popular, charms and ribbons.
Payment policy
I accept PayPal, Postal Orders and Cheques.
Delivery information
I try to post the next working day after payment has cleared. All items are sent in new packaging by either 1st Class or recorded if requested. My policy is to add no more than 60p to the actual postage costs for packaging.
Return policy
I accept returns providing I have been notified within 3 days of the item being received and the item is returned within 14 working days by a trackable method. The refund will be given when I receive the item back.
