First copy that was despatched did not arrive even though it was showing as despatched and awaiting delivery. We therefore both presume that the item has been lost in the post. I contacted seller and a replacement was sent which I have just received. I have no problem with this as these things happen and it was NOT the seller's fault. I have marked this as "YES" to 'did the item arrive on time?' as the replacement did arrive on time.
