Located in hot Phoenix, AZ; we are a company with a serious knack for selling excellent pepper and tomato varieties. Frankyflynn's Seeds have many rare and unusual seeds for sale; sometimes even plants. However, we specialize in peppers. If you have any additional pepper requests, we can usually find them, sometimes growing. Customer Satisfaction is number one!! Please check my feedback. FrankyFlynn's Seeds are organic grown plants that are grown either outside in two gardens for common vegetables and herbs, in a greenhouse (for isolation issues), or using a hydroponic setup inside with minimal added nutrients (also isolation). Seeds will be shipped combined at several levels based weight and inventory of current items. $0.25, $0.15, $0.10, $0.02, $0.01 are the additional shipping costs for seeds Each auction individually states the additional shipping costs. Combined shipping for other items can be used. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) Shipping does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday delivery. Shipments scheduled for delivery on those days will be delivered the following business day. 2) Orders weighing over 2 pounds and processed after 7:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday will not ship until Monday the following week. Orders less than 2 pounds and processed after 7:00 PM Eastern Time on Saturday will not ship until the following week. Rushed delivery offered on a Request only basis. No mixed item combined shipping, (buying a guitar and Seeds and expecting combined Shipping.) eBay calculates shipping based on my shipping rules. Any unforeseen shipping issues will be on a case by case basis.

Returns are limited to a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with an item please contact me to discuss the course of action to be taken. I do provide exchanges for items I have duplicate. Any returns will be handled with refund/exchange/store credit upon return of all items shipped originally to the buyer. This is to be done at the buyers request and buyers own expense. NOTE: No liability whatsoever on watermelon and pumpkins....Items are deemed sold AS IS.

We warrant that seeds sold to the customer conforms to the label description, as required by federal and state seed laws. We make no other warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness of the living seeds, or otherwise. It is possible a mistake can occur, and we are aware problems in the production, processing, and packaging of such seed can arise during the course of business. Accordingly, liability for damages for any cause, including breach of warranty, breach of contract, and negligence, with respect to the seeds purchased from us is limited to a refund of the purchased price of the seeds. This remedy is exclusive. In no event shall we be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including a buyers loss of profits. Seeds are the price they are based on this liability coverage. If full liability was given by us, the seller, the purchase price of these seeds would be greater. Buyer consents upon purchasing seeds to the terms and conditions herein.

No warranty is given once shipped as to the livelihood of the plant. Any live plants sold are sold as pictured, and will arrive with secured tape around the soil and taped to the inside of the box it's shipped in. If the item is damaged during shipping, any problems will be handled with a partial refund/exchange/store credit upon return of the plant, soil and container shipped in. For example, If a plant is purchased for 15.00 costing 10 dollars for shipping, and arrives dead, or dies shortly there after, I will exchange the returned at the buyers expense plant for 15 packs of seeds at 1 dollar a piece, or any plant of less than 10 dollars currently listed. Another remedy is the refund of only the shipping amount charged, and thus would refund the same as a replacement plant listed. Note: DEAD PLANT MUST BE SHIPPED BACK OR NO PARTIAL REFUND/REFUND GIVEN. Buyer agrees to aforementioned policy's terms and conditions upon purchase.
