Everything sold is either brand new or gently used, which is always mentioned in the listing. Most things are personal belongings of myself or my family which we no longer use. Everything is from pet-free and smoke-free homes.

Paypal is preferred - cheques and postal orders are also accepted. Bidding on an item or using Buy It Now means you HAVE to pay for the item - failure to pay means receiving an unpaid item strike which could result in your account being banned from Ebay. Please make your payment within 7 days of agreeing to purchase & please let me know asap if there is a problem with payment.

Every measure is taken to ensure everything sold is well packaged and will get to you as soon as possible. Items should normally posted within 1-3 days of receiving payment - the sooner payment is received, the sooner your item will reach you. Sometimes it can take longer to arrange for an item to be posted, as I am a private seller and have other full-time commitments. If you need something sent sooner, please let me know & I shall arrange it for you.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item so a refund can be arranged, excluding postage cost. Refunds can only be issued if the item was not as described in the listing. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them otherwise a refund cannot be given.
