All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
I work extremely hard at my main job - making jams and preserves - and have realised that others will find it as hard as I did to find the 'tools of the trade'. It has taken me a while to source items and I can now share this with others.

How Jam Can Change the World
Jam, of itself, is unremarkable in most people's lives. When you have tasted my jam, however, you realise that it has something different. I make my jam, preserves and chutneys with love and care, in the traditional way - slowly. You can really taste the difference and people literally stop me in the street 'are you the lady that makes the jam?' they ask tentatively. When I confirm that I am she they go on to tell me about some wonderful meal they had with friends that included one of my products - and it has become part of their happy memories. It makes them feel warm and cosy and often inspired to try making something themselves. From this they will learn the satisfaction of producing something beautiful and delicious and they will relax for the time it takes them to do it. They will want to present it as well as they can, to give as presents to friends maybe, who will in turn be inspired. Slowly, surely, a new jam culture will spread and jam will change the world.
