This is Freedom Social Projects' eBay-for-charity store. Most of the items we sell have been donated by members of the public who want to help support the charity.

History/background
fspbarnstaple is the eBay username of Freedom Social Projects, a Christian charity demonstrating the heart and love of God in our community. We run a day centre 4 afternoons a week at the Freedom Centre in the Newport area of Barnstaple, Devon, where we serve about 1000 hot meals a month and provide other essential services to homeless, disadvantaged and socially excluded people, as well as offering opportunities for training and personal development. Through our FSP Trading businesses we provide a supported work experience environment for our client beneficiaries, and use all profits to support the work of the charity.

Payment policy
We normally accept Paypal only, but if you call in to the Centre we will accept cash on collection.

Delivery information
We are moving towards offering free shipping on most items to UK destinations. Where free postage is offered to the UK, we also reduce the shipping charges for our international customers. Where we do make a charge for shipping, it is based on the expected cost to us, and may include a few pence towards the cost of packing materials as well as the price of the postage service.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us. If you should be dissatisfied in any way with the product or our service, please let us know, rather than simply leaving negative feedback. We will always do our best to put things right for you.
