We only ever charge for postage costs as set out by Royal Mail. If Royal Mail charges 61p then so do we! We never add on for packaging materials or processing costs. We use first class mail every time unless the customer asks for registered or recorded delivery. We aim to dispatch your order the same day or the day after we receive your order. We have our post collected by Royal Mail so if your order misses the same day you ordered it will automatically be put in the next day delivery bag. As soon as your order goes in the collection bag it is marked by us as dispatched. Although Royal Mail states an expected 1-2 days delivery time it can in fact take a while longer. If your item doesnt arrive on time please let us know. If an item goes missing please check at your local sorting office first; they don't always leave a card through the door. This will help us resolve any missing post problems.
