I have been trading on ebay for quite a few years now and when selling I have learnt to be merticulous in the descriptions because what’s not important for one person will upset someone else ie. if an item is boxed or with an instruction manual
When selling I normally guess the postage and I will always refund if I over charge as I don’t like to make two trips to the Post Office. As I work in a factory I can always package my items with virtually unlimited bubble wrap and cardboard. Just check out my feedback

As I list with 100% honesty and I couldn’t see why anyone would be happy with what they end up buying. However if at the end of the day you are not happy I see no reason why we couldn’t come to an amicable arrangement. All I ask is people email me if theres a problem so it can be sorted out
