Please make payment within 3 working days after auction ends or we reserve the right to re-list the item and file a non-paying bidder alert. Please email us if you have a payment problem.

We aim to despatch all items within one working day after your payment is confirmed. If you send a cheque, despatch may be delayed up to 7 days. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery makes your item traceable and insured up to £28 in case of loss or damage. We strongly recommend that you select Royal Mail Special Delivery which provides next day delivery and cover to the full value. Please Note: We cannot accept responsibility for damage to your item whilst in transit or for failure to deliver. In the event of such damage or non-delivery, please inform us immediately and we will endeavour to arrange a refund or replacement in accordance with the insurance you have selected.

Returns must be within 7 days and with the manufacturer's original, sealed packaging unopened. Please note a 20% restocking fee will be charged and postage costs are not refundable.
