Delivery information
I check at my local post office how much an item should cost before delivery, so all my postage charges are fair. Basically, my postage 'Formula' is: Postage Costs + Envelope + Stamp + 5p = POSTAGE COSTS. The 5p is just for the trouble of going to the post office twice. This ensures the fairest price for you. And no over charging involved!

Return policy
Depending on the item, i'll usualy allow the item to be returned al long as it still has its security seal/cellophane. If that is broken, then i am unable to offer a refund.
