I think my positive feedback speaks for itself. Any negative I have ever gotten was from non-paying bidders or sellers who sold me bad goods. NOTICE: As of October 19, 2009, I'm changing my method for leaving feedback. Since feedback for buyers is a meaningless process (sellers can only leave positive, so it's a bit one-sided), and since so many buyers do not bother to leave feedback for the seller (which is important because eBay uses that to compute discounts), I will no longer leave feedback for a buyer unless that person leaves feedback for me. Thank you for understanding and continuing to protest eBay's completely biased and unfair feedback system.
Payment policy
All payments must be received within 4 days of auction end.
Please contact me when payment is remitted, and include the product you purchased with item ID. Also, please include all shipping information.
Please note that we only ship to your registered eBay or Paypal shipping address.
Please let me know ASAP if you have purchased MORE THAN ONE product from me so I can combine the shipping.
Get a shipping discount when you buy more than one product at a time (additional purchases must be made within 7 days of original auction end date, all items must be paid in one single PayPal payment only).
Delivery information
All products will be carefully wrapped in our free gift box with bubble bag.
Product will be shipped registered airmail within 2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed (remember, Taiwan is a day ahead of the US).
Buyer is responsible for payment of all the charges stated in the description.
Buyer will be informed of the shipping date via eBay Messages and an e-mail sent to the address eBay has on file for you.
Please remember that shipping charges include handling as well. When an item is shipped, it's not simply the cost at the post office one must consider. We have to pay for materials, gas for the car (you think it's high in the US, try buying it here!), the salary for the shipping people, etc. If a business doesn't make some profit, it doesn't stay in business. We'd love to ship for free, but gosh, we just can't. If you think the cost is too high, then please don't bid.

Contact me through eBay to ensure that your message reaches me. That's the safest, best way to do it. When I answer your message, you'll have the option of replying to me by e-mail, but sometimes good mail ends up marked as spam and not seen, so....best to use eBay's service.
When will your item get shipped?
Since I'm a student, I have to go to bed rather early. If your e-mail is sent after 7:00 p.m. PST, I won't get it until around 3:00 p.m. PST the following day. Same goes for payments you make - if they come in after 10:00 p.m. my time, I don't see them until the next morning when I check mail before school. Our shipping guy works at night, so any shipping requests I send to him during the day get processed that evening and shipped the next day. Example: your payment arrives before 10:00 p.m. my time on Monday, I send the request, your item ships out on Tuesday. Payment arrives after 10:00 p.m. Monday, item ships out on Wednesday. Payment arrives after 10:00 p.m. Thursday my time, item ships the following Monday. I have a link on my page you can use to find out just what time it is in Taiwan whenever you want. :)
We are only human
And because we're human, we make mistakes. We try very hard NOT to make mistakes, but it's possible we might ship out the wrong item. Don't worry, we'll make sure you end up with the item you ordered in the end. Truly, we have a low, low, low error rate (this is not the only eBay and Yahoo auction shop we run - we mail hundreds of items in a month). If you receive the wrong item, notify us immediately, and we'll handle it. Honestly, it wasn't done on purpose or because we're trying to cheat you, we just made a mistake, and mistakes can always be corrected.
