Apart from quite regular clear-outs of my own Garage, I try and find products that are innovative and genuinely useful for people. I am the UK Distributor for my my top selling security items and it literally was a case of 'saw the product, bought the product, impressed by the product, started selling the product'.
For me to stock a new line I will always ask two questions: 'Will someone find it genuinely useful?' and also 'Would I use it?'
I've been on ebay for 8 years now and still try and ensure that Customer Service is paramount.
Payment policy
I only accept payment by PayPal from buyers outside the UK - make sure you have a PayPal account before you buy/bid.
I try to despatch items within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment - in fact in many cases items are sent the next day. If I can't do that for any reason, I will always let you know. N.B. Items paid for by cheque (or PayPal e-cheque) will be held for up to 10 working days for the cheque to clear. (I only accept personal cheques).
I expect to either receive full payment or your indication of how you intend to pay (if not by PayPal) within 48 hours of the close of the auction. If you know you're going to be away and unable to respond in that time -just contact me - the biggest frustration for eBayers is buyers and sellers who don't communicate!
Delivery information
The postage and packing costs are not open to debate. I don't look to make additional profit from them but ask you to please remember that 'p&p' means postage and packing and therefore includes all packaging materials - funnily enough, most sellers don't get their jiffy bags, tape, ink, sticky labels etc. for free......
Unless you opt for recorded or special delivery, all items are sent by ordinary 1st class letter or parcel post (except where stated for more valuable items). I cannot accept responsibility for the delivery of items sent in this way - that's up to the Post Office. I always obtain proof of posting.
Return policy
I make every effort to describe my items as accurately as possible and do not knowingly sell anything that is faulty, items are sold strictly 'as seen'. In the very unlikely event that you have any problem with an item I have sold you, please contact me to discuss it and we will of course do everything we can to ensure you are completely satisfied.
Contact information
I aim to provide feedback as soon as possible to both buyers and sellers. Please don’t keep me waiting weeks (even months) for mine!

Only bid if you're serious - it's really annoying for small sellers like me who just want to make a few bob - I will report you to eBay and you will receive a black mark if you waste my time.
