Brilliant company, I bought a new gas meter box from them and when I received it, the door of the meter box was damaged, most likely in transit as it was really well packed. I contacted the seller and reported the damage, and the seller sent me a new one which arrived the next day. I really cannot fault this company, they are excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Extremely quick dispatch. Unfortunately there was some minor damage to the Meter Box, but not enough to effect its use. Seller offered a partial refund, so I have no complaints. Apart from that Meter Box was as described and a good replacement for my existing damaged box. Thanks

Item as described and decent quality. Also sent and arrived within 2/3 days. However, the rest of the experience was quite poor. Very little communication, only the automated Ebay emails. During order I left instructions for the package to be delivered to the neighbours I wasn't at home, but this was ignored. Package was left on my door where it could have been seen and picked up by anyone. Also, paid almost 6£ but wasn't given any tracking information.

Hello, I'm sorry you feel our communication was not up to scratch. I can see that we didn't receive any messages from you during your purchase process - we are always on hand to resolve order issues or queries quickly when contacted. We always have tracking information to hand to provide to anyone who requests this from us - again, we didn't have any contact from you.
