Gear4music.com is a York, UK based online retailer of musical instruments and equipment. Andrew Wass founded Gear4music.com in 2003, having run The Submarine recording studio since 1992, also located in York. Gear4music now employs 50 staff, with over 135,000 registered customers. All items will be shipped using FedEx and the shipping price includes handling and packaging. Delivery before 1pm the next working day is available if you order before 10.00am and select the ‘Get it Fast’ option. If you select the ‘Get it Fast’ option after 1pm, your order will be delivered before 1pm on the 2nd working day. (If you buy on Monday evening, your order will be delivered by 1pm on the Wednesday). If you select the standard delivery option, your order will be dispatched within three working days. Please note that once we have dispatched your goods, the actual delivery time depends on FedEx, and we can’t guarantee an actual time of delivery.

Once your goods are delivered, you have 14 days to decide that you definitely want to keep the goods. If you decide an item is not suitable, you can return it back to us for a no quibble refund, providing it is returned in new condition with the original boxes and packaging. Please note however, that delivery charges (if any) can not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning an item under our 14 day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged during transit to you, please inform us within seven days of receipt and we will quickly replace the item for you free of charge.
