All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
After becoming housebound 18 months ago, I decided to take up jewellery-making to help pass the time. After realising I had boxes full of things I had made, I decided to try and sell some on eBay to help make some room!

Business InformationHistory/background
I'm an honest, decent seller, and started selling roughly 2 years ago - but have increased selling a little in the last year due to the amount of jewellery I have made! I have a lot of return customers and have made a few friends from here :-) I can make customised jewellery - so just let me know what you want made and I will list it on eBay and provide you with the item number. Unfortunately I made the mistake of becoming a business seller for the 'perks', and have discovered it actually costs more to list items - so this has now had to be reflected in my prices or I'll be back to making a loss again! I try to keep costs down as much as possible, and will try to give you the best deal I possibly can.

Delivery information
Being housebound I have to rely on others to take me anywhere; so I now have to either pay £6 taxi fare each way to the post office, or pay someone £6.50 per hour to take me in their car...so I have had to reduce the amount of times per week I post from 4 to 2. Unfortunately this has also had to be reflected in my postage/packing/handling/shipping charges recently, as I have been selling at a loss until now! I am not responsible for anything lost in the post, but I will provide the Certificate of Posting if the buyer wants to make a claim for the missing item. Valuable items (or a purchase of more than 3 separate items) are sent recorded delivery, and you are provided with the tracking number in your despatch notification email.
Return policy
Now I've become a business seller I will accept returns on my handmade jewellery within 7 days of receipt if the item is damaged - but the buyer has to cover the p&p costs. My items are as described in the title and listing, and are sent out in the same condition...so any damage is usually the fault of the postal service. I am not responsible for any breakages by Royal Mail, but I will send the Certificate of Posting if the buyer wants to make a claim themselves for the damaged item, rather than returning the item to me. Valuable items (or a purchase of more than 3 separate items) are sent recorded delivery, so the amount to claim should be visible to Royal Mail when you give them the tracking number, which is sent in your despatch notification email.
