The Tack Box is an internet and mobile shop based in Warwickshire. We are stockists of the leading brands Harry Hall, Masta, Cottage Craft and many more. The Tack Box aims to provide the equestrian community with quality goods at an affordable price.

My prefered method of payment is Paypal, but i do also accept cash, cheque or postal order - card payments can be arranged.

All items are fairly priced to include insurance and packaging costs. Most items are dispatched by a recorded or trackable service. Prices quoted in the listings are for UK mainland areas. Potential purchasers outside mainland UK should obtain a postage quote before purchase. Overseas buyers - please contact us for a postal quote before purchase! Overseas buyers - please note that we are happy to send items overseas using a fully trackable service, cheaper alternatives can be arranged but any loss or damage would be at your own risk/expence!

The returns policy is stated in each listing. Unless otherwise stated. Any potential return must be declared in writing (email) within 7 days of your receipt. Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt. Items must be returned unused, unworn, clean and in original packaging suitable for resale as new. The buyer is to return items at their own expence and risk. If item is faulty or been damaged in transit please contact us a.s.a.p. Overseas buyers - Postage costs incured will not be refunded (any overseas buyer will have to cover all postage costs themselves as any purchase has been the result of special orders/arrangements previously made between buyer and seller) Please contact us before making any return! We do not accept returns on auctioned items.
