I accept all major credit/debit cards over the phone or via my website: www.madcowbeads.com plus Paypal, Personal cheques (checks) Postal Orders and direct transfer to my bank. I don't accept cash unless you are calling to collect your items - it's too risky to send through the mail

All my parcels are shipped securely in brand new jiffy bags with an invoice for your records. Cleared payments received by 2.30pm ship THE SAME DAY - my mission is lightening despatch. UK p&p is £1 regardless of order size. There a few bulky / heavy items that are excluded from this offer, but these are clearly marked on the listing. European Shipping is £3.50 for any number of items in the same package. USA shipping is £5.00 (about $9 currently)for any number of items in the same package. Rest of World shipping (Australia, NZ, Pacific Rim, Africa) is £6.00 for any number of items in the same package. All my items will reach you. I see this as my responsibility. Should you not receive a parcel in the timespan indicated, please contact me so that I can investigate.

Peace of mind with my fair return policy: Uk buyers can return any item for any reason within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me via email within 3 days of receiving your parcel should you wish to return items. If the error is mine, then your p&p charge is also refunded (both ways). Should you change your mind or feel that an item is not suitable, then the postage charge is down to you.
