I am an ex-Irish Dancer and Mum to 3 teenagers. I live in the UK but spent several years as a child living in British Columbia, Canada. Both my daughters are Open Irish Dancers at the Andromeda Edmunds School here in Crawley.

Everything Irish Dance! New Boyne Walk, Celtic Creations & Hullachan and second hand Irish Dancing shoes, New and second hand Irish Dance dresses, Poodle Socks (championship & knee length plus diamante encrusted ones!), Celtic Creations wigs (all styles and colours), buckles, dress bags, shoe bags, tiaras, gifts, accessories and free advice! Some items aren't listed but you can see them on my own website!

Mostly fabric for Irish Dance costumes. Also occasional dressmaking patterns for show costumes, items such as coloured tights and crowns to finish off show costumes (we do one every year!). Off eBay I often buy second hand shoes and costumes, usually taking them in part-exchange for new ones. Unfortunately I am unable to offer this service through eBay, sorry!

My house is so full of Irish Dance dresses, shoes, wigs and fabrics that I don't have room to collect stuff! My daughters have a huge collection of Irish Dance medals and trophies though! (I have a few too, but only danced for a sort time due to injury)

U2, Bryan Adams, Lots of stuff that I don't bother buying anymore because my daughters pinch it, never to be seen again except on their i-pods!

Friends (still!), Scrubs, CSI, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Bones, Taggart and Diagnosis Murder!

I opened the physical shop in November 2008 and now need to work on making a profit!

I started my own business in 2004, making dance costumes, fluffy legwarmers and hand-beaded cushions. Once I sold my daughters' outgrown Irish Dance shoes and dresses on eBay I was inundated with requests for more so moved quickly into this area. I was the first Irish Dance shop on eBay UK and find that my consistently reasonable prices and great (if I say so myself) customer service mean I have survived newcomers undercutting me but being unable to sustain their businesses. There are now a few eBay shops offering Irish Dance shoes, socks, wigs or bags but it appears I am currently still the only one that offers everything! And the only one who appears to be able to consistently give accurate advice. I am now able to offer this expertise in person and find many customers travelling to the shop to have their dance shoes professionally fitted. Although I sell ballet shoes I do not stock pointe shoes as they should also be prfofessionally fitted & that is not my area of speciality!

I accept Sterling cheques and postal orders from UK buyers plus the PayPal and credit card options that are also open to overseas customers. I only accept cash on face-to-face transactions (not through the post!) and customers visiting the shop are welcome to use cash or cards (NOT Amex, sorry!) At feisanna payment is still cash ONLY.

I try to keep my p&p charges reasonable. There are some items that the cost may seem a little high but my costs associated with these are also higher so I do have to pass this on I'm afraid. I could of course raise my prices but this would be unfair to those who collect their orders in person. I always offer adequate insurance as standard (often at my own cost).

I do not accept returns on second-hand items, auction items or wigs (unless by prior agreement) but am always happy to take extra measurements, check foot tracings, match hair cuttings, answer questions and offer advice. NEW items (other than wigs) can be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. The items must be unused and in original condition with all labels/tags still attached and contact needs to be made prior to making a return. A covering note also needs to be enclosed! Unfortunately the buyer is required to pay ALL the shipping costs but I do my best to reduce these to a minimum for replacement items.
