I'm not a proffessional ebay seller but I do try to dispatch either the same day or next working day of an auction ending. As a buyer I try to log on at the end of an auction so that I can pay promptly. I think of it as a courtesy to the seller.

I prefer Paypal. It's just easier and quicker.

Delivery information
I try to look up the actual postal price and add to the cost the packing (usually jiffy bags / bubblewrap)to keep prices as low as possible without being unfair to myself. I think it spoils the spirit of Ebay when sellers hike up their postal prices.

Return policy
I describe everything I sell as accurately as possible and check out all items so their shouldn't be any need for returns.
