I am not a pressure e-bay seller. Just trying to earn a few pounds to treat the family. Not hear to make fast profit just sell the thing I have been bought and don't use of no longer need. Just like the majority of the rest I suspect.

Generally - Items sold for under £25 will be sent second class normal delivery. Items sold for between £25 – £49.99 to be sent by second class recorded delivery. Item(s) selling for £50 or more will be sent by second class recorded and insurance paid on request. Items selling for over £70 will be sent by second class recorded delivery and insurance paid by the sender (me). However the buyer can request any method of postal delivery. The sender will not be charged anymore than £5.00 for packaging materials plus the actual postage incurred by me.

Unless stated in my items - ALL ITEMS are returnable. This is at the cost to the buyer but must be by Recorded or other Signed for service. Monies will be refunded on receipt of any item minus original P&P costs. Items Must be returned within 7 Days of receipt.

Sadly things do get lost and damaged after being posted. Therefore I can not be held ultimately responsible for items lost and/or damaged whilst in transit to the buyer by the Post Office or other Courier. Buyers MUST notify me of any undelivered or damaged item no more than 1 month after being notified that an item was dispatched to them (on ebay) - 'Proof of Purchase' will always be provided on request for a subsequent claim against the Post Office or other courier. – If I am unable provide 'Proof of Purchase' then the buyer will be refunded all monies in full including cost of Postage. - I (the seller) reserve the right to pursue a claim on behalf of the buyer if I deem this appropriate. You may be required to sign a declaration / statement so I can pursue this matter on your behalf. However under normal circumstances the buyer will be responsible for the pursuance of any claim directly. If you have any questions on this policy please feel free to contact me.

I understand the the majority of E-bayers are good honest people but there are some out there in ebay land and the world in general that are less than honest. Any activity deemed to be suspicious or illegal will be immediately reported to e-bay and or the police to be investigated.
