The item was good value and the service was good up until there was an issue. The flour wasn't organic as described. when I contacted the seller about this they insisted it was. When I provided them further information and explained why it was important to me as a food seller, they ignored my message, which was disappointing as I now need to buy some more. If it doesn't say organic on the label it's not organic! Neither did it use the word organic anywhere on the manufacturers website.
