Payment to be made within 3 days of purchase or end of auctions, preferably by Instant PayPal, although personal cheques also accepted. I don't mind receiving payment via PayPal e-cheque - although please be aware that I won't send out your goods until the e-cheque has cleared (they can take up to 9 days).

I re-use packaging materials where possible. See paragraph below for POSTAGE CHARGES SPECIAL OFFER (or combined postage), regarding reductions in postage costs when more than one item is purchased.

No returns or refunds on EARRING BACKS or EYESHADOW or other MAKE UP or MAKE UP BRUSHES. This is for hygiene reasons. All my earring backs and make-up items are guaranteed brand new and unworn and in many cases, unopened. Other items may be returned within 7 days of receipt of item, only if item is significantly not as described, and with the agreement of the seller. Item must be returned in original packaging. Refund only comprises purchase price paid, not postage & packaging charges. Buyer to bear the cost of returning the item. Please contact me via ebay email if you are not satisfied with your purchase and I will do what I can to rectify the situation, with a replacement or a refund if applicable.

I usually get a Proof of Posting from the Post Office, so if you think that your item is lost in the post, I can send your Proof of Posting to you so that you can claim compensation from the Royal Mail. I cannot be held responsible for items lost by the Royal Mail, therefore no refunds will be given in the case of items lost in the post.

Also known as 'combined postage'. I will offer a reduction in postage charges when more than one item is purchased and paid for in one transaction/payment. You will be charged half price postage on all second and subsequent items on any combination of items. The dearest postage charges are full price, followed by half price of any other items p&p (e.g. eyeshadows P&P on their own would have been £1.00, as a combined package of two eyeshadows the second one is now only 50p, making the total P&P £1.50). After selecting your items, instead of paying, you will need to press 'request total from seller' and I will send an invoice for you. Don't worry about your goods being sold to someone else, because they will be removed from sale automatically and reserved for you during the time it takes me to send you an invoice.
