Our first choice of payment is by PayPal. Not only will you be able to pay for goods instantly and securely, but PayPal also offers free insurance (conditions apply) on goods purchased. Therefore giving you added peace of mind should anything go wrong with your order during delivery. This is all FREE each time you make a purchase using Paypal. Should you wish to look and see what PayPal have to offer please cut and paste the following link: www.paypal.com If PayPal isn't an option you either have, or would like to use then we would also accept cheques or Postal Orders. Please bare in mind that if you are paying by cheque we will have to wait for it to clear before despatching your items. This can take up to 10 days. If you would like to use either of these options then just let us know.

To keep P&P costs at a minimum we use resealable pastic bags for sending all our jewellery items out (unless stated differently within a specific auction/sale). ALL parcel are wrapped securely and safely for delivery. ALL items are despatched within 24 hours of payment clearing, via Royal Mails First Class Delivery Service Monday to Friday. ANY order that is received over the weekend or during bank hoilday will be posted the next business day. If by any chance you do not receive your order within 72 hours please notify us and we will react immediate to resolve the situation. ALL ORDERS over £50.00 are sent by special delivery at no extra cost to you. ALL ORDERS over £10.00 are sent by recorded delivery at no extra cost to you. Please check our Postage and Packaging page on P&P costs regularly, to keep up to date with specific delivery charge changes.

With the exception of cosmetics, toiletries, any pierced jewellery, swimwear and underwear, all our items are returnable within 7 days. To qualify for a refund all those items that are provided in sealed factory packaging must be returned sealed/upopened and in the same condition they left us in. If these conditions are adhered to a FULL refund will be given miunus P&P charges. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any returned items until these items are safely in our hands. We would recommended Recorded delivery for returning items, the cost of this is approxminately 70p. Using this service not only provides you with peace of mind, but if the order is under approx £30.00 insurance is included, therefore covering your goods should things go wrong.
