I'm a Grandmother who byes and sells items of clothing for the grandchildren(total 6). I go through episodes of clearing out there ever growing wardrobes and then sell it on for pennies for her next lot :)

Delivery information
I always try to be as fair as possible with P&P costs as I hate being ripped off on ebay. I have to pay for parking, then the petrol to get to town, so its not just the price of a stamp. I don't aim to make a profit on postage and I think there is nothing worse than paying £2.50 postage then finding out that it only took a 32p stamp to get to me.

Return policy
I try to be as honest and descriptive as I can in my listings although I am new to the selling side. If I was to miss something and the buyer was dissatisfied then I'm sure I could come to an arrangement to sort things out so that both parties are happy :)
