I came across eBay a good few years ago, and like most of us, I have been an addict since! I love to buy and sell on eBay, and always aim to be a fair reliable seller, Im hoping to build my eBay up to the next level, and feel that feedback is a very important factor for doing so, I always find the time to leave feedback for my purchases, as soon as I recieve/test the item, I personaly feel as the buyer its my duty and courtesy to leave feedback first, and like-wise when I sell my items, I do expect my feedback first, so that I know my customers are happy with the purchase and my selling skills, If for any reason you ever feel the need to leave a non posative feedback, please do not hesitate to contact me, and allow me the chance to rectify the matter, before leaving my feedback, I would never leave anyone a bad feedback without first giving them the chance to rectify the matter, so all I ask is you do the same for me.

Paypal....and on occasion with agreement first, check, postal order or credit card.
Delivery information
I am always happy to create a postage discount for multi purchases, please wait for me to send you the invoice before you pay so I can create the discount, no need to ask for the discount, I ALWAYS automaticaly do this. My postage costs include all packaging materials, and where possible I will re-cycle packaging, for the sake of this planet, and our childrens futures!
Return policy
All my listings come with my small print at the bottom of the page, please take a minute to read this on any item you intend to bid on, it only takes a second and saves misunderstandings later on, Sadly I am no longer willing to accept responsibility for Royal Mails short commings, ie lost/damaged items, this can all be claimed for through Royal Mail, I am happy to send the link to the correct web page of Royal Mail to anyone who requires it, although dispite this I will and Im very happy to go out of my way to try and help any customer of mine who has a bad experience with Royal Mail, As I firmly believe more care should be taken by them! AND I always always keep proof of postage for six months of all my sell items, which is required when making a claim through Royal Mail, my customers are the most important part of my eBay business, and I will do what ever I can to help, without fail! except as quoted above be responsible for Royal Mail!

To all my valued customers, You are the most important part of my eBay world, and I have & will go out of my way to help anyone(within reason)I constantly recieve good feedback, & intend to keep it this way, If for any reason you are not happy with anything please contact me first & give me the chance to rectify it, a bad feedback over a simple misunderstanding is a terrible shame, all I ask is a little patience and understanding, most complaints I see on other peoples feedback is due to postage/delays/broken items, & 9 times out of 10 leaves both the buyer and seller with a less than posative feedback, which In most cases Im sure could be sorted, As for my listings, I would NEVER falsely list an item, if an item is faulty or damaged, I will make all viewers aware of this in the listing, & I would never post out a broken item, unless listed as that, if you ever recieve an item of mine and it is broken, it is down to Royal Mail, and I will help you sort it one way or another.
