Hi all, my name is Gill and I run a one woman home based business selling sterling silver jewellery.I started in May 2008 and have steadily evolved to where I am now, although my interest in jewellery goes back to childhood.

My business started in May 2008 after deciding to move a life long hobby of antiques and collectables/jewellery to another level and develop a business out of it. My children were almost grown and about to leave and I needed a new direction, so here I am. I have a good general knowledge in all areas of collectables but my particular interest is in jewellery.

Payment policy
I accept paypal,credit cards and postal orders. (I would kindly ask that transactions are completed within 3 working days)

Delivery information
I try to keep my postage to the correct amount and charge only on the finished packet weight regardless of the amount of items in it. If you buy a number of items from me then I will send all items together as one package and you will be charged for that finished package weight and not individual prices. I dispatch the same day as cleared payment(unless of course its the weekend and then all items will go on a Monday morning before 10 a.m.)

Return policy
I am happy to accept returns and will pay for the return postage but I ask that you let me know in advance so that I can send you the postage first(in order that you are not out of pocket). Once I receive your item/s back I will refund your money in full immediately.

It was clearly stated that payment was by various options. I placed a bid and was halted because I don't hold a paypal account. It should be made apparent at the onset, of any stipulation within the bidding criteria. My bid was nearly double the winning bid and my fast payment is clearly shown in my feedback. So disappointed. I have bought a few things from this shop an am very pleased with all, the postage costs are reasonable, one of the cheapest i have found on ebay. All items are well packed and sent asap. If e-bay could have "hand-picked" who they desired to become sellers, they wouldn't have had to go far. Within a few minutes of communicating with her, it's obvious that she is one of the best! Always kind & polite. But she really so much more than that. She's completely thoughtful, helpful & considerate of each buyer. She always makes you feel like you're the most important person.
