I charge the Post Office rate plus a very small amount for packing (bubble wrap, paper, sticker and transportation.) Some items are post free.

I am happy to consider all returns but am confident that you will love the item you have purchased. I despatch everything damage free. Most items are hand made and therefore there may be what some would deem to be 'imperfections' but acceptable by the general community.
